GRADUATION PHOTOS
Grad. photos will be taken, here at the school, between April 11-13. Appointments are required and a sign-up sheet will be in the main office prior to these dates. Potential graduates need to pay close attention to the morning announcements to hear when to sign up. Please note that a sitting fee is charge at the time that photos are taken and the pictures are ordered, by the student, directly with the photographer after proofs have been provided.

SCHOOL RINGS
School rings can be purchased through Jostens Ltd. A Jostens’ representative will be in the school to assist with orders. A display will be outside the cafeteria. Please note that a deposit is required at the time of order.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
FESS administration reserves the right to refuse participation rights to any graduate who presents themselves in any condition deemed inappropriate for the ceremony.

Every effort should be made for graduates to attend the Graduation Rehearsal as all aspects of the ceremony will be discussed ONLY then.

Please remember that there is very limited time between the completion of exams and the ceremony. Those students that feel that their graduation may be in jeopardy are asked to refrain from calling the school for their marks and wait until they are contacted by teachers. This call may come Monday or as late as Tuesday.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING THE SCHOOL FOR INFORMATION. KEEP THIS MEMO FOR REFERENCE. The office staff is extremely busy working to put together all material required for your ceremony. Please be considerate of that fact. Every effort will be made to post details on the Fort Erie Secondary School web page.

Seating has become an issue over the past few years. Seating is restricted to 400 people. Each student will receive 2 tickets for seating priority. Others MAY be admitted into the banquet hall, standing room only, should there be room to accommodate them safely and only as long as it does not affect the ceremony itself. Every effort will be made to accommodate each guest. Seating is on a first come basis. Those guests with special needs are required to inform the Graduation Committee at least two weeks prior to the ceremony ( handicap seating, hearing impairments etc.

TICKETS FOR GUESTS WILL BE ASSIGNED STARTING AFTER APRIL 1ST

Every effort is made to make the Graduation ceremony environment as comfortable as possible. However, please remember that this may not be the most desirable environment for young children and babies.
