Library hours are 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Circulation Desk Sign out and return material here
Pay fines (10 cents a day)
Pay here for colour printing (50 cents a sheet)
Purchase transparencies (25 cents a sheet)
Sign in for computer use

Photocopier Photocopier (10 cents a page)
Transparencies (Only use transparencies available from library)

Computers Quiet work area
Networked computers
On-line catalogue of the library collection (OPAC)
Access to Thomson Gale and EBSCOHOST databases
No chats, emails, games, writing on forums, etc.
Booked classes take precedence over individual use
Individual research takes precedence for school over general
interest at all hours including before, after school, and at lunch

D. BORROWING GUIDELINES

Students may borrow library materials for a period of 3 weeks with a maximum of 5 books at one time. Items can be renewed at the Circulation Desk. Students should always have their student cards when signing out library materials. Fines are 10 cents a day for overdue items. If a student card is lost a new one will be issued. There is a charge of $5.00.

E. LIBRARY BOOK CLUBS

There are 2 library book clubs – one for grades 9 and 10 (Junior) and one for grades 11 and 12 (Senior).
The Red Maple/White Pine Library Book Club (Junior) meets every Tuesday at Junior lunch.
The Senior Library Book Club meets every Friday at Senior lunch.
